Environmental conditions are maintained and monitored to ensure compliance with test methods. Equipment and procedures comply with a comprehensive quality control system to ensure accurate recording of test data.
   
All equipment follows a calibration schedule in strict accordance to specified procedures.
All units of weight, length, temperature, planeness, force, and pressure are measured  with equipment that is calibrated with standards that are traceable to The National Institute of Standards and Technology. Equipment calibration certificates are maintained for traceability. The lab also holds certified reference standards for weight, length, temperature, and planeness.
 
TEAM Services holds all of the required equipment to perform the reported test methods in accordance with national and international standards.
Concrete specimens are maintained 70-76 degrees F with a temperature controller introducing heating and cooling as required. Humidity is maintained at 100%. Surface saturation is maintained with a timed system. Data is recorded using RS232 communications. 

 

ASPHALT TESTING 

Certified IDOT Level I and II technicians on staff.

CONCRETE AND MASONRY TESTING

Certified IDOT Level I, II and III technicians on staff.

Test Mark Digital Concrete Compression Machines, Coring Trailer, Milwaukee Core Drills, Air-Cooled Core Drills, 9-point Core Measurement Apparatus, Self-recording Maturity TTF probes with data acquisition, 20” Kalamazoo Masonry Saw, Computer Controlled Concrete Moist Rooms, Schmidt Hammers

Masonry Equipment includes: ELE CT-20 Flow Table, Grout Flow Cones 

 

FIELD ENGINEERING AND IBC SPECIAL INSPECTION

Field Engineers, Special Inspectors, and AWS CWI Level 1 Welding Inspectors on staff.

Special Inspection Equipment includes:

FloorPro Floor Flatness Apparatus, Skidmore-Wilhelm Bolt Torque Calibrator
