TEAM Services uses engineering and scientific capabilities as they partner with clients to help foresee critical phases of projects and provide timely and practical engineered solutions

Our approach goes beyond the traditional consultant's role as preparer of plans and specifications and passive observer and tester. Our principal engineers and project managers are frequently working in the field alongside our drillers and field technicians.

We are locally owned and committed to providing high quality, timely and cost efficient services. Clear communication of goals to contractors and prompt feedback to workers on-site enables us to act as an efficient management tool and quality assurance force on behalf of contractors and owners.

TEAM Services staff come from many disciplines with the depth of experience clients can rely on. Using cutting-edge computer techniques and information, they develop client-centered solutions to projects presented.

The professional and support staff have college degrees (half at the Masters' level). On average they have 16 years' experience in the business. Our engineering technicians average 12 years on-the-job experience and 90% have 4 year college degrees. Our technician staff includes registered professional engineers and AWS CWI certified welding inspectors.
